I am a vegetarian, who flirts with the idea of going vegan every so often and am always on the lookout for new cookbooks. And you don't even have to buy an expensive one. I love my Fagor set (although I use the bigger one far more than the little one.<br /><br />@BFR -- My older daughter is a good cook, but hasn't ventured near the pressure cooker yet, so she didn't have a background to gauge the recipes. Last night at 6:30 I rinsed pinto beans and threw them, broth, onions, garlic, hot peppers, and celery in the pressure cooker and we were eating Mexican beans over rice and topped with cheese and sour cream in under an hour.
