I don't see myself giving up dairy completely, but I certainly have cut down the animal fats by focusing on vegan days :)Col (Col Reads)https://www.blogger.com/profile/03136923310179832040noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7675736270871747288.post-24411240867620086302011-02-15T08:01:22.050-08:002011-02-15T08:01:22.050-08:00I am really excited to pick up this cookbook - I a...I am really excited to pick up this cookbook - I am a vegetarian and am trying to return back to my vegan ways. I even started a part-time blog on WordPress (thewannabevegan.wordpress.com) to hold myself loosely accountable with maintaining a vegan habit. When I first switched my eating habits three years ago from an omnivore to a vegan, I noticed an immediate improvement, and I miss that feeling. I started to eat cheese in Italy for my honeymoon a year and a half ago, but I loved being a vegan. I just felt so much better then!Natalie~Coffee and a Book Chickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12369504951819517390noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7675736270871747288.post-16381078267452588342011-02-15T03:37:37.954-08:002011-02-15T03:37:37.954-08:00If the book as workhorse potential that means it&#...If the book as workhorse potential that means it's definitely worth checking out. My family is totally placated by big flavors, and I think that's what Robertson is going for with this book. My meat-lover husband has loved both of the recipes, so that's a good sign.Col (Col Reads)https://www.blogger.com/profile/03136923310179832040noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7675736270871747288.post-48325284276593355222011-02-13T10:53:58.604-08:002011-02-13T10:53:58.604-08:00I lean toward a plant based diet, but my husband i...I lean toward a plant based diet, but my husband is a carnivore to the core. I'm still trying to convert him.
